Privacy Policy

Quickscreen America, Inc. DBA So Cal Fence Supply ("SoCal Fence Supply", "we", "us") sells QuickScreen aluminum fencing materials. This policy explains what we collect when you use our quote tools and order forms, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you build a quote or ask for an installer:
- Your name, email address, phone number and project address
- What you told us about the project - how much fence, how tall, which style, spacing, color, gates, and what you are fencing
- Photos, sketches or plans you choose to upload
- Any notes you add, and anything you tell us you want to cover on a call
- The date and time window you pick if you book a call
When you place an order:
- The items and quantities you order
- Your confirmation of that order, including your typed name or drawn signature, the date and time, your IP address and browser, and the exact list of items shown to you at the moment you confirmed
Automatically: basic technical information your browser sends, and a reference number for your quote so we can find it again.
We do not collect payment card details. We do not take payment through these tools. Orders are invoiced separately.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Why we collect it
- To price your project and send you a quote
- To contact you about that quote - this is why we ask for a phone number
- To pass your project to a certified installer, if you ask us to
- To fulfil, invoice and support an order you place
- To keep the records we are required to keep for tax and contract purposes
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Phone calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, you are asking us to call you about your project, and you agree that we may.
We call manually, during business hours, about your quote. We do not use autodialers or prerecorded messages, and we do not send marketing text messages. If that ever changes we will ask for your permission first.
Tell us to stop at any time and we will.
Who we share it with
Certified installers - only when you ask. If you request an installation quote, we send that installer your name, contact details, project address, project details and any photos you uploaded, so they can quote and schedule a site visit. Once sent, that information is in their hands and this policy no longer governs it. We tell them to use it only to quote your project.
Service providers who run things on our behalf - hosting, databases, email delivery, our accounting system - under contracts limiting them to that work.
When the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it

We keep order records for seven years because tax and contract law require it. Everything else we delete on the schedule above, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You may ask us to:
- See what we hold about you
- Correct anything wrong
- Delete it
- Stop contacting you
Email privacy@socalfencesupply.com. We will respond within 45 days.
Two honest limits: we may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as a completed order inside the seven-year window; and we cannot retrieve anything already sent to an installer at your request.
We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these.
Security
Access to customer information is limited to our staff, each of whom has their own login, and every action taken on a customer record is logged against the person who took it. Information is stored on managed services with encryption in transit.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information we will notify you as required by California law.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the effective date. Material changes will be notified by email where we have your address.
